The 2019 season has been a successful one for the Dibble Demons.
Not only is Dibble heading to the postseason for the third season in a row, but it has also earned the right to host a first-round playoff game when the Class A postseason begins later this month.
The Demons finished their regular season last week and are off the final week of the regular season. Dibble’s regular season ended with a 33-14 win over the Boone-Apache Warriors.
With the win last week, Dibble ended the regular season with a record of 8-2. The Demons won six of their eight games in the regular season by double digits.
Dibble’s eight wins are five more than 2018’s win total.
The Demons are locked in at the No. 2 spot in District A-4 after going 5-1 in district play. The second-place finish allows the Demons to host a first-round playoff game.
Dibble can finish with the same district record as Ringling, but Ringling has the head-to-head advantage over the Demons.
