Several Chickasha wrestlers competed in the United States Junior Open Championships this past weekend in Oklahoma City. Three seventh graders (above) In their first year in wrestling participated in the Novice division. Tyren Carter won the championship with a 2-0 win in the finals in his bracket. Cole Beier and Ulices Lopez both placed fourth in their brackets. JC Pennington finished runner-up in the Novice division. Jaxon Randle won his fifth USJOC title in his division with a 4-0 victory over an opponent from Louisiana. Ash Foster won his title in his division with a 10-6 win. Cash Bratt and Noah Knight placed fourth. Cru Foster placed third.
