The Minco and Tuttle special elections all passed, according to unofficial results.
In the Minco City Council Election, Karen Dirickson won with 46 votes versus Mandy Addington, who had 40 votes.
The City of Tuttle passed both proposition on the Nov. 12 ballot.
Proposition 1 concerns a one-half of one percent sales tax to be used for street improvement. The measure passed at 295 yes votes versus 241 no votes.
Proposition 2 is a $2 million general obligation bond to build a new Tuttle Police Department building. The proposition passed at a close 276 yes votes versus 260 no votes.
These election results from the Oklahoma State Election Board remain unofficial until after 5 p.m. on Nov. 15.
