A Tuttle man faces a $125,000 bond after he allegedly gave cocaine to a minor and performed indecent acts.
Donald Price II allegedly picked up a minor under the guise of having a party for another minor child. Price took the victim back to his home where he instructed the child to take cocaine, an incident report said.
Price then allegedly attempted to molest the victim and propose indecent acts.
When Tuttle Police made contact with Price, he said he did not give the victim drugs or touch them. A reporting party said they overheard Price say the minor used the cocaine on their own and Price could not remember what happened that day, the report said.
A lab report from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation confirmed the presence of cocaine in the victim's blood.
Price faces charges of distributing controlled, dangerous substances to a minor and lewd, indecent acts or proposals to a child.
