Three teens were transported to the hospital following a rollover collision near Cyril on Saturday.
The driver, Cantrell Walker, 18 was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle departed to the right side of the roadway and rolled about one and a half times, a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
One of the passengers, a 16-year-old male, was ejected about 10 feet from an unknown location inside the vehicle. He was not wearing a seatbelt, the report said.
Walker, the 16-year-old male as well as a 17-year-old female passenger were all transported to the Comanche County Memorial Hospital. Walker was treated and released with head injuries. The 16-year-old was admitted with head and trunk internal injuries. The 17-year-old female was treated and released with head injuries.
