TULSA, Okla. – Standley Systems, which specializes in state-of-the-art technology solutions for document management, has acquired Tulsa-based Document Imaging Solutions (DIS). Standley Systems will immediately begin providing best-in-class services to 175 new accounts in the Tulsa metro area, primarily in public school systems.
“We look forward to helping former DIS customers stay up and running at all times,” Standley Systems CEO Tim Elliott said. “Like all Standley Systems customers, these new accounts will receive 24/7, live, in-person support within four hours of a call, as well as improved services and expanded technology solutions.”
Former DIS customers will have direct access to solutions experts for document management and IT services, as well as hardware and software solutions.
“We have more than 84 years of investing in Oklahoma to ensure that today’s offices have the technology they need to make Oklahoma better than ever. We look forward to providing our new customers the local, limitless expertise and dedication other businesses have enjoyed for eight decades,” Elliott said.
Acquiring DIS supports Standley Systems’ 2018 expansion goal to double its market penetration in the Tulsa area. As part of its growth initiative, Standley has added more than 20 employees statewide. The company now has 140 full-time staff members.
