A cybertip led to the arrest of an Oklahoma City man accused of producing child pornography.
Brandon Kyle, 29, faces charges after he allegedly produced and transmitted images of an Elk City toddler, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI).
OSBI's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit responded to a tip that came through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on Nov. 14.
