A Chickasha man allegedly entered the bathroom at Love's, crawled under a stall door and carried a person back to his truck. 

The victim had escaped Richardson's vehicle earlier. The victim exited the truck while it was moving and ran into the Love's convenience store on Choctaw Ave and locked themselves in the bathroom, the report said. 

Richardson allegedly followed them into the store and stood in the doorway of the bathroom to try to talk the victim out of the bathroom. They refused to leave with Richardson, the report said. 

Richardson allegedly entered the bathroom, crawled under the stall door and grabbed the victim, the report said. 

The victim asked the store employees to help, but Richardson had allegedly told store employees the victim was intoxicated, according to the incident report. 

"[The victim] broke one of the doors trying to hold on while Keyvon pulled violently on [their] body to make [them] come with him," Chickasha Police Officer Fidencio Daniel Ramirez, said in the report. "Keyvon forced [the victim] into his truck and drove from Love's."

A store employee showed Officer Ramirez security video of the incident.

In addition, Richardson allegedly left a juvenile in the truck while it was unlocked. Richardson was arrested and faces charges of domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor, kidnapping and child neglect, the report said.
