The Chickasha Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the new Fairfield Inn and Suites on Tuesday.
The hotel, located at 2812 S. 4th St., has had a high occupancy rate since its soft opening in April, Amy Williams, general manager, said.
Traveling government workers and oil and gas industry employees have kept the rooms filled.
Rooms have been, "selling out like crazy," Williams said.
The four-story hotel has more than 90 rooms, a pool, a gym and other amenities.
Room sizes come in king and queen sizes as well as king and queen suites, Sarah King, head housekeeper said.
