A Tuttle man is facing rape charges after investigators matched his DNA from evidence found on the victim's bed sheet.
Donald Wayne Attebery, Jr. was arrested by Tuttle Police on Friday. He is being held on a $250,000 bond at the Grady County Jail.
Attebery denied the allegations. He provided a DNA sample.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation informed Tuttle Police that the DNA collected from the victim's bedding was a match for Attebery.
While taking a polygraph exam, Attebery said he had not been in or near the victim's bed. When a detective asked Attebery about the DNA evidence found on the victim's bedding, Attebery said it was impossible.
