Amber-Pocasset 4-H, FFA compete at OSU's annual Big Three

Several members from the Amber-Pocasset 4-H and FFA competed at the annual Big Three judging contest hosted by the Oklahoma State University Animal Science.  Over seventeen hundred  contestants judged from five different states.  One of the Jr. 4-H teams finished as the third overall team.  They placed 4th in sheep, 8th in beef and 2nd in swine. Team members were Sage Schenk, Olivia Bradford, Claire Janssen and Ainslee McComas who finished 5th high individual.  Another junior 4-H team place 10th in sheep and 6th in beef and 9th overall. Team members were Karter Caves, Owen Knapp, Parker Fairbanks, and Lane Smith.  The other 4-H team of Madilyn Norvell, Ladd Turner, Avery McComas, and Katlyn Adams placed 6th in swine and 14th overall.  The FFA team of Pace Mittelstaedt, McKenzie Layton, Blake Janssen, and Isaac Bradford place 4th in beef and 15th overall.  Kaden Ferrell and Owen Adams also judged as individuals.
