Chickasha Police discovered a rape in progress when they responded to a 911 call on Saturday.
Anthony Paul Torralba, 46, of Chickasha is facing charges of first degree rape and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Officers responded to a 911 cell phone call that pinged to a residence on W. Frisco Ave, according to an incident report.
When officers arrived at the address they could hear a voice calling for help and a male voice. When officers broke into the residence they discovered a partially clothed victim being sexually assaulted by a nude adult male later identified as Torralba, the incident report said.
Officers immediately took Torralba into custody. He was transported to the Grady County Jail. His bond was set at $250,000.
The victim received emergency medical treatment and victim services.
Authorities learned, during a subsequent interview, that Torralba also allegedly physically assaulted the victim and held a knife to their throat. A search warrant was obtained for the residence where the alleged attack took place and evidence was seized.
