Hannah’s Heart taking donations for fire victims

Hannah’s Heart at Harvest Baptist Church located at 314 Chickasha Ave. is accepting donations of household items to help Mary Bunch, the mother of Cindy McCurley, get back on her feet. Bunch lost everything she owned in a house fire that killed her daughter and most of her grandchildren last week. Fans available to those in need

Washita Valley Community Action Agency has received 60 fans from the Community Action Agency of Oklahoma City. The fans will be given out to Grady and Caddo County residents who are in need. Proof of income must be brought to the Chickasha office at 205 W. Chickasha Avenue Suite #5. Distribution will begin on Thursday, July 27 at 8:30 a.m.



CHS Pom Chicks Fundraiser planned

The CHS Pom Chicks will be hosting a fundraising dinner Aug. 3 from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the Crazy 8 Cafe and Coffee House, at 415 W. Chickasha Ave., (in the back of the Dixie Building).

Tickets are $10 each and include a Crazy 8 Stuffed Potato, dessert, and drink. Tickets may be purchased from any Pom Chick or at the Crazy 8 Cafe and Coffee House. Dine in or carry out will be available. For more information call Carmon at 224-4208 or Marilyn at 224-1169.



Senior Dance set for Friday

Come and dance with us at the Senior Citizens Center with Ron Stanley and band. Every Thursday from 7 to 9 a.m.
