Chickasha Holiday Inn Express named most improved in state

CHICKASHA — The Chickasha location of the Holiday Inn Express was recently named the most improved Holiday Inn Express in Oklahoma for customer satisfaction.

Chickasha Holiday Inn Express General Manager Angel Farley said the hotel raised guest satisfaction points, based on customer surveys, by 4.4 percent as a result of efforts by staff to make the hotel seem like a home away from home.

"The team is doing their jobs with their heart…I'm elated that the efforts of my staff are being recognized," Farley said. "Visitors can come to Chickasha and know they have a place to stay with a down-home, country feel."

InterContinental Hotels Group, the company that manages the Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn Resorts, among other hotels, rewards their most-improved hotels in each state, she said.
