The Chickasha Antique Auto Club will have a PreWar Swap Meet tomorrow and Friday at the Grady County Fairgrounds.

Tomorrow's Headlines

Auto collectors will get their motors running at the Annual Swap Meet in Chickasha at the Grady County Fairgrounds, which takes place Thursday and Friday, March 20 and 21. Collectors come from all over the world to exchange parts, ideas and friendship at the event which has been touted the best pre-war swap meet by several collectors. In a release from the Grady County Fairgrounds, Derrick Mills of Devon, England said, " "It was fantastic.  I was able to get several items I need for my White steam car and it was  well worth the journey from England.  I look forward to seeing you all next year."

Two men were taken into custody yesterday for stealing about $4,000 worth of steel pipe from the Bridge Creek Little League Association.

With spring break comes baseball tournaments, and plenty of the local teams will head out of town to find their action this week.
The No. 1 ranked Tuttle Tigers varsity will head to Anadarko for a tournament starting Thursday and running through Saturday. The Tigers are 6-0 to start the season and overtook Berryhill for the top ranking in Class 4A.
Also in 4A, No. 7 Blanchard heads a long way for their tournament. The 5-1 Lions take part in the Sal Pointe Classic in Arizona starting Thursday.
Amber-Pocassett, ranked eighth in Class A, take their 5-1 record to Ripley for a tournament starting Thursday. Minco takes part in the Union City Festival March 20-22.
