SaltCreek Casino to hold inaugural car and motorcycle show, free concert

— The Inagural Saltcreek Casino Customer Appreciation Car and Motorcycle Show is currently taking registration from vroom vroom aficionados.

The car and motorcycle show is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  on June 14 in the Saltcreek Casino's south parking lot.

The divisions include: classic cars, new cars, trucks and motorcycles. Registration is $25 and those registering can do so by contacting Amber Justus, SaltCreek Casino Operations Manager at 405.464.3881. Participants can also register the day of the show, beginning at 8 a.m.

Those who register into the show will receive $10 free play and a $5 voucher to the Fork Cafe, valid the day of the show.

There will be three people's choice awards for each category. Voting closes at 2 p.m. and ballots will be counted. The first place winner will receive a cash prize and a trophy. Second and third place winners will receive cash prizes and plaques.

"There are so many car enthusiasts in Oklahoma, we thought the best way to bring them all together and show off their vehicles would be to hold a car show. We also included motorcycles because we have a lot of patrons who travel to the casino on their bikes," Justus said.

After the show, attendees can enjoy a free concert from Grady County's own Nathan Burris, of Tuttle, Okla. Burris will perform from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Burris performs at venues around the state. He recently released his first album, "Oklahoma Sunrise." Concert attendees must be at least 18 years old and will receive a $10 Bonus Play on their Saltcreek Casino Players Club Card after earning one Rewards Point.

Located nine miles north of Chickasha, Saltcreek Casino offers more than 550 electronic games and six tables games, including Blackjack, Texas Hold ’Em and 3-Card Poker. The casino’s restaurant Fork Café offers home-style favorites like chicken fried steak, catfish and more. Other amenities include the Brook Bar and Reflections Gift Shop.
