Two suspects arrested for weekend vandalism, more sought

CHICKASHA — The Chickasha Police Department arrested two juveniles over the weekend related to over 30 different acts of vandalism where windows were shot out of businesses, cars and houses with a BB gun.  

Although, the case is still under investigation “more arrests are expected” said Major Elip Moore of the Chickasha Police Department.  

Some victims of the vandalism commented on The Express-Star's Facebook.

"They shot my bedroom window! I live off 15th near the college," Meagan Gardner said.

Others didn't suffer any vandalism, but heard the shots.

"I heard gun shots Saturday night," Joseph Meeks said. "I live on 11th by the middle school."

Officers learned the vandalisms took place after a car approached a target and someone from that care shot at the target with a B-B gun

Officers were able to locate the subjects and evidence was seized.

Crime Stoppers also sent out a press release yesterday soliciting help to find other involved involved n the vandalism.

"There is a suspect vehicle description of a white in color Ford Mustang with blue racing stripes and black rims," the release reads.
