Terry and Cheryl Croy of Garland, Texas and Dean and Mary Lee of Chickasha  announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Michelle Lynn and Evan Matthew.

Michelle is the granddaughter of Donna and AI Kelley of Athens, Texas, Betty and the late Gene D. Nye of Olympia, Wash., and the late Evan and Nettie Croy of Oxford, Ohio.

Michelle is a 2001 graduate of North Garland High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of North Texas. She obtained a bachelor of science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in elementary education.

Evan is the grandson of the late Bill and Hazel Lee of Cabiness and Gilbert and Wilma Lawrence of Stuart.

Evan is a 2004 graduate of Chickasha High School and a 2008 graduate of Oklahoma State University. Evan earned a bachelor of science in Secondary Education with a minor in American History.

Michelle currently resides in Aubrey, Texas and Evan in Denton, Texas. They are both employed with the Denton Independent School District where Michelle teaches kindergarten and Evan teaches eighth grade American History and coaches football.

The couple will exchange vows June 12, 2011 in Aubrey, Texas and make their home in Denton,Texas.
