Conrad and Judy Duprez of Chickasha and Patsy Gaberino Carey and Bill Carey of Oklahoma City are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children Mitchell Duprez and Laura Carey.
Laura is a 2001 graduate of Bishop McGuinness High School in Oklahoma City. A 2005 Letters graduate from the University of Oklahoma, she is currently applying to OU’s Physician Assistant Program.
Mitch is a 1996 graduate of Chickasha High School. A 2007 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, he plans to pursue graduate degrees in English and film studies.
The couple met more than two years ago while working together at Victoria’s The Pasta Shop in Norman, Oklahoma. Mitch and Laura will be married at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Oklahoma City on June 7, 2008.
