Danser excels in academic dreams

(Continued)

CHICKASHA —

"I was sick one day, so I went to the tutoring lab and worked on an ACT practice test," he said. "I was encouraged to take the real thing."

Danser said he had taken classes at USAO before enrolling there full time, so he was familiar with some of the professors and wanted to continue those relationships.

After he receives his math degree, he hopes to attend either OSU to study abstract algebra, or OU to study math education research and eventually teach at the college level.

The episode of Oklahoma Horizons featuring Danser will air in April.
