A call about a disturbance at a local hotel led police to a man lying on a walkway with blood on his head.

Chickasha Police Officer Ryan Rahlf found David Teague outside of room 120 of the Budget Inn Sept. 24.

Rahlf called emergency medical services who examined Teague. While speaking with Teague, Rahlf said he could smell the odor of alcoholic beverages on his breath.

"Teague's speech was extremely slurred to the point that I could hardly make out his name when he said it," Rahlf wrote in a report. "I asked David what had happened, but all he would say was that he was in a fight with Cajun Vaughn, but did not want to do anything."

Rahlf placed Teague under arrest for public intoxication. Teague was transported to the Grady Memorial emergency room for treatment before being booked into the Grady County Jail.
