It all ends tonight

After months of debate, the future of a 3/4 cent sales tax comes down to 1 day

Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. today, as voters are given the opportunity to decide whether a 3/4 cent Capital Improvement Tax will continue.

Grady County Election Board Secretary Susan Turner advised voters to hit the polls early as lines are expected later in the afternoon.

Voting will take place at respective polling places across Chickasha. For more information on where to vote, contact the election board at 405-224-1430. For a debate on the tax continuation, see page 3A of this issue.
