CHICKASHA —

A man allegedly brought contraband into jail after police found marijuana in his shorts on Tuesday.

Chickasha Police Officer LeAnthony Bell said he arrested Andrew Jackson on felony warrants for probation violations and took him to the Grady County Jail.

"I asked Jackson if he had any contraband on him and he said he did not know," Bell said. "Jackson told me that he did not know because he just put the pair of shorts on."

A detention officer at the jail found a bag containing marijuana in his shorts, according to the incident report.

"I informed Jackson about what was found and he told me he did not know the green leafy substance was in his pocket," Bell said.

Jackson was arrested for felony probation violation warrants and bringing contraband into Grady County Jail.
