The Fightin' Chicks beat Riverside 42-36.

Clayton Mosely was the team's leading scorer with 15 points. Kevontay Allen scored 12.

"Riverside played us tough and stuck around the entire game, but in the end we found a way to win," head coach Dace Lemieux said. "We hit our free throws late."

Next, the Fightin' Chicks beat Duncan, 22-18 on Friday.

Tyler Miller scored seven points to lead the team, and Sef Delarosa had six points.

"Not a great shooting night, but we pulled out a late fourth quarter win," Lemieux said. "Good defense kept us in the game when our shots weren't falling."
