Chicks regional moved to Tuesday

CHICKASHA —

The threat of severe weather has moved Chickasha's regional baseball tournament ahead by a few days.

The Fighin' Chicks start proceedings with a noon game against Guymon tomorrow before Ardmore and Bishop McGuinness lock horns at 2 p.m. The winners of those games will meet at 4 p.m. that day, while the losers play at 6 p.m. in an elimination game.

Another elimination game will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. Whoever comes out on top of that game will have another chance at the unbeaten team at 3 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.

A 1 p.m. game on Thursday will be played if two teams with one loss each are left in the double-elimination format.
