(Continued)

AMBER —

Another player benefiting from the scoring opportunities down low was Verden’s Jordan Amos. He came alive in the second quarter, putting in eight points.

Dusty Keil unloaded after halftime, sinking three from beyond the arc to help the Tigers to a 55-36 lead. He finished with the game with 15 points. Am-Po had a brief 8-2 run, but by then the game had opened up and Verden sank a few quick layups to maintain their advantage.
