Tuttle to face off with top-ranked Kingfisher

— The Tuttle High School football team will play its second-round playoff game tonight at Kingfisher.

The Yellowjackets are undefeated this season at 11-0, and won their first-round game 56-6 over Lone Grove.

Kingfisher has averaged 45 points per game this season, and  the Yellowjackets have seven shutouts this season, including five straight from Sept. 28 through Oct. 26.

Tuttle had no problems in a first-round game against Bristow, winning 34-7 at home last Friday, moving the Tigers to 10-1 this season. Tuttle's only loss this year was to Jones on Oct. 19.

Tuttle running back Jesse Gregory scored four touchdowns last week against Bristow, and quarterback Cooper Koons threw for the fifth touchdown.

Tuttle and Kingfisher are schedule to play at 7:30 p.m. tonight at Kingfisher High School.
