Class B Leedey won Chickasha's Washita Valley Classic Saturday night with an exciting 10-8 win over 4A Bishop McGuinness in the championship game.

The little school from western Oklahoma is no cupcake…they're ranked fourth in Class B and are coached by Bryan Gore, Chick coach Brad Gore's brother.

Their father, Donnie Gore, retired from active coaching with three state championships, helps Bryan with the Bison.

The Irish, a perennial 4A powerhouse, dropped out of the top ten last week in the aftermath of the sudden and tragic death of longtime head coach Joe Cook.
