Amber-Pocasset baseball took its winning streak to three games with wins against local opponents this week.
After taking down Dibble, 7-2, on Monday, the Panthers (6-1) took another victory away from Minco. Class A Am-Po took down the 2A Bulldogs 13-5.
Am-Po sits 10th in the Class A baseball rankings from OSSAA. They face No. 12 Stonewall and No. 7 Vanoss later this week.
Ninnekah had an up and down first half of the week. It started with a 21-0 win against Cement on Monday, but a trip to Dibble was less friendly in a 3-2 defeat to the Demons.
The Owls play in the Union City tournament starting Thursday.
Rush Springs had a similar start to the week. The Redskins beat Alex 10-0 on Monday before falling to Marlow, 8-3, on Tuesday.
Rush Springs plays in the Central High tournament this weekend.
Tuttle now tops the 4A standings and maintained a safe position with a 1-0 win against Heritage Hall on Tuesday. Defending champions Blanchard are now No. 4, and they suffered a setback on Monday as No. 16 Kingfisher triumphed, 5-4.
The Tigers face 5A Lawton-MacArthur on Thursday before hosting No. 20 Bethel and No. 7 Weatherford in a double-header on Saturday.
Blanchard plays in the McLoud Invitational starting Thursday.
Chickasha, ranked 13th in 4A, hosts the Washita Valley Classic starting Thursday. The Fightin' Chicks are in pool A and will face Elgin at noon and MacArthur at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Friday's matchup sees Chickasha face former 5A district rivals Carl Albert at 7:30 p.m. The final pool standings will dictate what time Chickasha plays on Saturday.
