— A come and go ‘Celebration of Life’ will be held for Jacqueline Ann Bohannon, 77, of Duncan, Oklahoma on Saturday, May 3rd at the Southern Oaks Church of Christ in Chickasha from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.  Jackie was born June 18, 1936 in Allen, Oklahoma to the parents of Harold and Bea Hammonds.  She passed from this life to be with her Lord on April 10, 2014 after a prolonged illness.  She moved to Chickasha as a young woman and raised two children there, Paul Bohannon and Pam Brandt. She was a member of the Southern Oaks Church of Christ and spent the majority of her life in Chickasha working for the First National Bank and Trust Company and later at the Chickasha Bank and Trust Company from which she retired in 2001.  Jackie then moved to Duncan, Oklahoma where she became a member of the Eastside Church of Christ.  Her favorite pastimes were cooking, fishing, and spending time with her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents:  Harold and Bea Hammonds and two Brothers:  Don and Bud Hammonds.  She is survived by her two children:  Paul Bohannon of Plano, Texas and Pam Brandt and her husband Tony of Chickasha, Oklahoma, three Sisters:  Wanda Halcomb, Phyllis Lillard, and Susi Hertzler, all of Duncan, Oklahoma, two grandchildren:  Amber Brandt of Oklahoma City and Alicia Jameson and her husband Jason of Edmond, Oklahoma.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.  Jackie devoted her entire life to living for God and is now at peace with Him and the loved ones who proceeded her in death.  She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her, but we rejoice that she is with her Heavenly Father now.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either the Westview Boys Home, 130 W. Broadway, Hollis, OK  73550 or to a charity of your choice in her memory.  Arrangements were under the direction of Carter-Smart Funeral Home of Duncan, Oklahoma
