Funeral services for Lanora Mae “Lou” Turner, of Tuttle,  will be 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 at the First Baptist Church, Tuttle.  Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association or to Cystic Fibrosis.

Lanora Mae “Lou” Turner was born June 13, 1934 in Dover,  to Miles Sevier and Alma (Sebring) Williams.  She passed away on Monday, Jan. 20, 2014 in Oklahoma City,  at the age of 79.

She lived in Kingfisher County and graduated from Kingfisher High School.  She had worked for Farm Bureau Insurance, The Star Pharmacy and was a computer teacher.  She loved her children, grandchildren and the scriptures.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Billy Joe Turner; son-in-law, Eldon Haymaker; a brother, Henry Williams and a sister, Bonnie Taylor.

Lou is survived by children: Scotty and Susan Turner, of Tuttle, Janie Haymaker of Hennessey, Connie and Cody Jones of Tuttle, Todd and Denise Turner of Houston, TX; grandchildren:

Chad Turner and his fiancée, Tammy Brown, Cody, Michelle and Katie Turner,, Misti and Lance Pendergraft, Brandon Haymaker, Ashley and Jesse Campbell, Derick and Kelsey Potter, Cory Potter and Miles, Caroline and Claire Turner; nine great-grandchildren; brothers:  Don Williams and his wife, Ginny, of Tuttle, Max Williams and his wife, Betty, of Crescent.

Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home of Tuttle.
