— Monte (Rose) Mount died Nov. 29, 2012. Monte was born in Okeene, OK on May 22, 1921 to Homer and Helen Kirk Mount. Two years later they divorced and his mother then married Roy Rose of Chickasha in January 1925. Monte grew up in Chickasha as Monte Rose. He worked for the Chickasha Cotton Oil Company ,Cotton Department until he was drafted in 1943 and served in the Army Air Corp. At that time he had to start using his birth name and continued to use that until his death In 1953 he moved to Dallas, Tx and worked for the Eugene B. Smith Cotton Company until 1956 when he moved to Lubbock, Tx and started his own very successful Cotton business. He was preceded in death by both his parents, his wife of 62 years, Muriel Beth Glover and one sister, Wanda Schafer of Collinsville, Ok, six nephews and one niece. Services in Lubbock, Tx at 2 p.m. on Dec. 5th at the Rest Haven Funeral Home and burial park.

A come and go ‘Celebration of Life’ will be held for Jacqueline Ann Bohannon, 77, of Duncan, Oklahoma on Saturday, May 3rd at the Southern Oaks Church of Christ in Chickasha from 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Jackie was born June 18, 1936 in Allen, Oklahoma to the parents of Harold and Bea Hammonds. She passed from this life to be with her Lord on April 10, 2014 after a prolonged illness.

Clifford Franklin Williams, 98, of Minco was born November 6, 1915 at Minco, Oklahoma to Claude Custer and Viola Pearl (Pettis) Williams. He died Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at his home in Minco, Oklahoma.
Services will be held on Friday, April 18, 2014, 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Minco. Reverend Bob Waitman and Reverend Bob Hines officiating. Burial, Evergreen Cemetery of Minco, Oklahoma under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home in Minco.

Reva Mae Royal was the 7th of 9 children, born to Walter Scott Royal Sr. and Nellie Speer Royal. She was born in rural Harmon County, near Hollis, Oklahoma on September 23, 1925. She passed away on April 16, 2014, in Chickasha.
