Graveside service for Willam "Bill" Irving Curry, 82, will be held Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin.

William "Bill" Irving was born May 10, 1930 and died April 3, 2013.

Bill served in the Korean War and was an active member of the VFW and American Legion. He was also a lifetime member of the local Elks Lodge.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Karen and Rick Williamson, of Chickasha; his grandchildren:  Angella (Williamson) and her husband, Clint Strudgeon  of Havelock, NC, Rachel White of Danville Ill., and Brad Williamson of Chickasha; his great-grandchildren: Christian, Makinzy and Dalton Williamson of Chickasha, Harley Whitehead of Havelock, NC and Bryar White of Danville, Ill; brothers: Lloyd Curry of Georgetown, Ill. and Norman Curry of Oakwood, Ill.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife, Sally Curry in August, 2012, his son, Billy Curry of Catlin, Ill., in 1978; and his brothers, Jim and Lawrence Curry.
