— Floy Eneree Stockton

Sept. 2, 1921 - Oct. 23, 2012

Funeral Service for Mrs. Eneree Stockton, 91, of Chickasha will be held at 3:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 26, 2012 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.

Mrs. Stockton was born Sept. 2, 1921 at Golden.  She went to her final, joyful and well-earned home, Oct. 23, 2012 in Grady Memorial Hospital.

She and Harvey C. Stockton were married Oct. 19, 1936.  He preceded her in death, Jan. 4, 2002.  She was a member of the Pentecostal Faith Church of God.

Mrs. Stockton had served in many positions in churches throughout her life.  She was a pastors wife, a women’s auxiliary president and leader, church secretary, teacher, song director and greatly remembered as a prayer warrior for her family, friends, church members and to any one in need.  She shared in building of two new churches and digging up many grass burrs.

She loved her church and was a great inspiration to so many.

She was very family oriented and wanted her family to be together especially at holidays.  She only wanted to be with her family for her 91st birthday and nothing more.

Mrs. Stockton did ironing for many years for many business people. She hand-made hankies, sewing lace so carefully around each one.  Many were blessed by this gift of love.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James L. and Elizabeth Franks, her spouse, Harvey C. Stockton, brothers, Jim and Hilbern (Bud) Franks, sisters, Gladys Beck, Laverne Tims and Ruby Lamansky and grandsons, Richard Stockton and Michael Grossnicklaus.

Survivors include her children Beulah Inez Hill, Marjorie Beth Grossnicklaus  and Harvey Carl Lee Stockton, all of Grady County; grandchildren:  Randall Hill, Richard Hill, Tami Varnell, Trevor Hill, Brett Hurley, Jay Grossnicklaus, Reginald Stockton, 12 great grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren; one sister, Reba Spearman and one brother, Hershel Franks; and many nieces and nephews
