CORENE PALLIE BLACK
Funeral service for Corene Pallie Black, 82, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 6, 2007 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.
Corene Pallie Black was born March 29, 1925 in Tabler, Oklahoma the daughter of James Woodard and Annie Louella (McMasters) Brunt and died Thursday, August 2, 2007 in Chickasha.
Corene attended school and graduated from Middleburg.
She married Al Christian and later married Sgt. Melvin Black. Mel preceded her in death January, 1996.
Corene was a member of the Northside Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by: Father: James “Dick” Woodard Brunt; Mother: Annie Louella Brunt; three sisters: Thelma Nance, Edith Orr, and Pauline Brunt; two nieces: Barbara Persinger and Sandra Lightner; Cousin and best friend: Lillian “Tumpy” Robinson.
Survivors include:
one son: Tim Christian and wife Genny of Chickasha; one daughter: Julie Austin and husband Mike of Chickasha; Grandchildren: Cody Christian of Jacksonville, Florida; Marci Austin of Chickasha; Nicholas Christian and wife Becky of Shawnee; Lisa Austin of Chickasha; Madison Austin of Chickasha; two sisters: Hazel Taylor of Chickasha; Helene Waldron of Moore; Numerous nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
LEE ROY “RED” CHADRICK
Lee Roy “Red” Chadrick, 70, of Tuttle, Oklahoma was born on March 28, 1937 in Spencerville, Oklahoma and passed away on July 27, 2007 in Oklahoma City.
Red was the manager and co-owner of Metro Auto Salvage (OKC) for the last 10 years; before that, he was the manager of West Auto Salvage (OKC) for 27 years. Red also owned Chadrick Rentals (Blanchard, Tuttle, Ninnekah & Verden) with his wife Syndi since 1998.
Red is survived by the love of his life, Syndi of 17 years, who he married on July 5, 1990 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas; three sons, Harold, Jeff, Toby and their families; one daughter, and one estranged son, beloved grandchildren, Crystal, Tater, Skeeter, Tagen and many others.
He is preceded in death by one son, his parents, brothers and sisters. A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, August 12, 2007 at the Verden School Cafeteria in Verden, Oklahoma.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be sent to Arvest Bank, 4600 S.E. 29th, Del City, Oklahoma 73115 or any other Arvest Bank, in Memory of Lee Roy “Red” Chadrick.
SHIREE DAWN RANDELL
Shiree Dawn Randell, 52, of Bethel Acres, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 31, 2007.
She was preceded in death by her biological father, Donald Ray Bowers, who passed away when she was a year old.
She is survived by her mother and father, Glenn & Beverly Hughes, three daughters and one son-in-law, Jennifer Randell, Bree Dunham, and Jerica & Derick Southwell, two grandparents, Viola Jines of Tecumseh and Bernice Bowers of Oklahoma City. She had two grandsons, Logan and Konner Southwell. Also surviving are two sisters and one brother-in-law, Sallee and John Caro and Sheila Hughes, of Shawnee, one niece, Cati Caro and one nephew, Matthew Lamey, and many other friends and family.
She moved to Bethel Acres as a teenager and graduated from Bethel High School in 1973. She moved to Chickasha and received her degree in Psychology and worked as a counselor.
Her life focused around her children, grandchildren and family. Her hobbies were involved with helping others. She enjoyed fishing and her craft work. She was an organ donor and provided life to three people in our area. Her love, generosity, and unselfish spirit were an inspiration to all those who knew her. She always attended to the needs of her family and those less fortunate. Her life touched the lives of so many. Our hearts are broken because of our great loss, but we rejoice in knowing that she is in glory with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 4 at Cooper Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bill Matthews and Phil Thompson officiating.
Burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.

SARA LOIS
(BROWN) MITCHELL
Sara Lois (Brown) Mitchell, 77, of Scottsbluff, died Thursday, August 2, 2007 at her home. Her Funeral will be Saturday, August 4 at 10:00 A.M. at the First United Methodist Church at Scottsbluff with the Reverend Nancy Tomlinson officiating and assisted by her son Father Cope Mitchell.
Cremation will follow at the Jolliffe Funeral Home Crematory at Scottsbluff and inurnment will be at a later date at the Grace Lawn Cemetery at Edmond, OK.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials in Sara’s name may be made to Prairie Haven Hospice. Friends may call at the Jolliffe Funeral Home at Scottsbluff, Friday, Aug. 3 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Sara was born October 6, 1929 at Chickasha, OK., the daughter of John D. and Lois (Farrington) Brown. She attended Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma University where she graduated with the Class of 1951. She was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority while in college.
Sara was united in marriage to Richard C. “Dick” Mitchell, November 20, 1949 at Chickasha, OK. The family resided in Oklahoma City, Amarillo, TX. and El Reno, OK. before moving back to Oklahoma City in 1974. Dick and Sara loved to camp and fish. They retired to Scottsbluff, NE. in 2002, only three hours from the Rocky Mountains.
She was a devoted Christian, Sunday School and Bible Study Teacher, Young Life leader, board member of the Christian Women’s Club, P.E.O., Republican Women and a Den Mother while her sons were active in scouts.
Sara is survived by her sons: Chaplin (Maj.) R. Cope Mitchell, Jr. and his wife Suzan of Colorado Springs, CO., Clayton Lee Mitchell of Hollywood, CA., six grandchildren Sam, Anna, Gabe, Ian, Colin, Clare and two brothers Bill and Jack Brown.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Dick Christmas Day 2006.
