DALE B. PETTIJOHN
Funeral service for Dale B. Pettijohn, 74, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 3, 2006 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.
Dale B. Pettijohn was born July 22, 1931 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma the son of Newton and Ethel (McCosh) Pettijohn and went to be with his Lord April 30, 2006 in Chickasha.
Dale was raised in Lawton. He moved to the Laverty area in 1962. Dale worked at Ft. Sill in engineering, retiring in 1979. He continued to farm and ranch in the Laverty Community after his retirement.
He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church.
He and Melba White were married August 4, 2001.
Dale was preceded in death by:
His parents, 5 brothers and sisters and his first wife and mother of his children, Thelma Lutz Pettijohn.

His wife: Melba Pettijohn; Children: Donna Jernigan and spouse, Charlie; Cliff Pettijohn and spouse, Andrea; Richard Pettijohn and spouse, Janet; Gary Williams and spouse, Teresa Clayton Williams; Grandchildren: Cindy Lewis and spouse, Landon Michael Pettijohn and spouse, Lori; Kent Pettijohn and spouse, Jennifer; Jarred Pettijohn and spouse, Shambra; Dena Pettijohn; Mark Jernigan; Lara Jernigan; Kimberly Moreland; Adair Ellison; D.J. Williams; Rebecca Williams; Jennifer Jantzen and spouse, Regan; Troy Williams and spouse, Amanda; Great-grandchildren: Jenna Lewis, Ramsey Jantzen, Micah Williams and John Pennick.
Interment will be in the Laverty Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
KELLY DAVID CREASEY
Kelly David Creasey, 62 of OKC, went to be with his Heavenly Father April 28, 2006. He was born to Wiley and Eva Mae (Hopkins) Creasey Sept. 29, 1943 in Chickasha, OK.
Services to celebrate Kelly’s life will be officiated by Chaplain Danny Daniels of Lions Hospice at 10:00 AM Tuesday at South Colonial Chapel. Burial to follow at 2:00 PM Ft. Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, OK.
TALON MICHAEL ROBERTS
Talon Michael Roberts was born September 3, 2003, in Lawton, Oklahoma to Ashley Ambrose and Michael Roberts and passed away April 29, 2006, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, at the age of 2 years and 7 months.
Talon is survived by his mother, Ashley Ambrose; his father, Michael Roberts; maternal grandparents, Darren and Melanie Ambrose and Gina Ambrose, Elgin, OK; paternal grandparents, Duane and Roberta Roberts, Cement, OK; maternal great-grandparents, Aubrey and Janie Ambrose, Fletcher, OK; and Wanda Burd, Fletcher, OK; paternal great-grandmothers, Lovie Chatham of Cement, OK; Wanda Callihan of Yukon, OK; and Avalee Foreman of Cyril, OK; maternal great-great-grandmother, Bessie Ambrose, Fletcher, OK; maternal aunts and uncles, Dara Ambrose and Dee Cook, Fletcher, OK; and A.J, Ambrose, Elgin, OK; maternal step-uncles, Matthew Chebahtah and Joshua Dunn; paternal aunts and uncles, Melissa and Michael Harmon, Amber, OK; Tonya Spencer of Oklahoma City, OK; maternal cousins, KoDee Cook, Fletcher, OK; paternal cousins, Kylie and Kaden Harmon; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Fletcher Christian Church with Jim Hall officiating. Interment will be in the Fletcher Cemetery under the direction of Hodge Funeral Home in Fletcher.
GWENDINE VOGEL
Funeral service for Gwendine Vogel, age 79 of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2006, in the McRay Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Kim Domnick will officiate and Rev. Don Horton will assist.
Gwendine Vogel was born the daughter of Benjamin and Dona J. Vogel on February 18, 1927, in Union City, Oklahoma. She died on May 1, 2006, in Chickasha.
Gwendine graduated from Union City High School in 1945. After attending U.S.A.O. (formerly OCW) for two years, majoring in Art, she transferred to Tulsa University, then graduated from OSU in 1950 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Gifted with artistic talent, Gwendine then was employed by Hallmark Greeting Card Co. in Kansas City. She returned to Oklahoma due to health reasons. Gwendine continued drawing and was grateful for her talent.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include: Sister: Donna Marie Boevers of Vinita; Twin-Sister: Aline McMahan of Chickasha; Niece & Husband: Pam & Jim Powers of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Niece & Husband: Patricia & Duane Williams of Allen, Texas; Niece & Husband: Janet & John Shaw of Vinita; Nephew: William McMahan of Chickasha; Nephew: Bennie Boevers of Vinita; Great-Nieces, Great-Nephews & Cousins.
Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery. Service will be under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
