LUCILLE GANN THOMAS
Funeral service for Lucille Gann Thomas, 93, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 20, 2006 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Reverend Rick Forthman, pastor of the Ninnekah United Methodist Church, will be officiating.
Lucille Gann Thomas departed this life on April 17, 2006 at Chickasha, Oklahoma at the age of 93 years, 6 months and 17 days.
Lucille was born September 30, 1912, three miles west of Ninnekah to Thomas Grover and Dora (Miller) Gann.
Lucille grew up on the farm and in Ninnekah, graduating in 1930. She attended Oklahoma College for Women, graduating with a degree in Business in 1934. She was a legal secretary for various law firms including Hatcher and Bond, Clarence McElroy, retiring from Vaughn, Stack, Huckaby and Frailey, May 1, 1981.
She was very proud of her Indian heritage, being one-quarter Chickasaw. She enjoyed many vacations to Arizona to sight see and collect Indian jewelry with members of her family. She also loved to read, reading several books per week.
Lucille married George W. Thomas of Ninnekah on June 6, 1981 in Chickasha. They enjoyed extensive travel, including thirty countries, before a stroke incapacitated her in 1992. She had resided in the Christian Care/Glenhaven Home for many years.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her brother, Reford Gann, and her husband, George W. Thomas.
Survivors include her stepson, Dr. Mike Thomas and wife Barbara of Ninnekah; granddaughter, Michele Thomas. Flanagan of Lawton and grandson Joseph H. Thomas and wife Valerie of Gilbert, Arizona; and five great- grandchildren. Also brother-in-law Max Thomas and wife Barbara of Ninnekah; and many other relatives and friends.
Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

WILMA RAYE (COSSEY) GOUCHER
Funeral service for Wilma Raye (Cossey) Goucher, 59, of Verden, Oklahoma will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at the Bible Baptist Church, Chickasha.
Wilma Raywe (Cossey) Goucher was born September 20, 1946 in Anadarko, Oklahoma the daughter of Denver and Audrey (McGhghy) Cossey and died April 17, 2006 at her home in Verden.
Wilma and Roy Goucher had a daughter, Angela Willmon, who preceded her in death.
Her grandchildren were the light of her life.
She was also preceded in death by:

Parents: Denver and Audrey Cossey of Chickasha one sister and brother-in-law: Fannie and Rick Davis of Norman; one niece and her husband: Amanda and Donnie Wright and their son, Shane of Yukon; Grandchildren: Ashley, Amber and Brent Willmon of Chickasha; Son-in-law: Steve Willmon of Chickasha;
Interment will be in the Verden Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

RICHARD ALFORD THORNBURG, JR.
Richard Alford Thornburg, Jr., 40, Lindsay, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2006 in McAlester, OK.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, April 20, 2006, in the Bradley Cemetery, with Rev. Jerry Auld officiating. Services are under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow, Oklahoma.
Richard was born Friday, July 2, 1965 in Oklahoma City, OK to Richard Alfred Thornburg, Sr. and the late Sharon Marie (Anderson) Thornburg. Richard attended school at Alex. He lived in Lindsay most of his life. He married Ronda Childers on July 25, 1984 in Bradley, Oklahoma. He enjoyed fishing, volleyball, motorcycle riding and cookouts. Richard was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include, two sons, Richard A. Thornburg III of Lindsay OK; Brandon D. Thornburg of Lindsay, OK; Granddaughter, Electra Thornburg of Lindsay, OK; Father, Richard Thornburg, Sr. & wife Jean (Farmer) of Marlow, OK; Brother Roy L. Thornburg & wife Rhonda of Bradley, OK; Sister, Barbara J. Johnson & husband Tracey of Alex, OK; Ronda Thornburg Sanders of Lindsay, OK; Several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Mother, Grandparents, Dorothy & Peanut Thornburg and Frankie & Marvin Thompson.
Pallbearers will be Terry Mainka, Berry Stapp, Rodney Nye, Joey Johnson, Harold Prince and Roddy Childers.

ED MILLER MOORE
Funeral services for Ed Miller Moore, 68, of Chickasha, OK will be held Saturday April 22, at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of the Living God P.G. of T. Elder Delbert Allen will be the minister officiating.
Ed was born March 14, 1938. He departed this life on April 13, 2006 at 8:15 p.m. at Presbyterian hospital in Oklahoma City, OK.
Viewing will be held Thursday April 20, from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday April 21 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
