Chickasha basketball teams lose at Carl Albert

— The Chickasha High School boys and girls basketball teams both lost to Carl Albert High School on Friday night in Midwest City.

The Fightin' Chicks lost 71-57 to the No. 1 Titans, breaking a four-game win streak for the Chickasha boys.

The Lady Chicks lost their third game in a row, continuing an extremely tough stretch of the schedule that has included No. 8 Elgin (4A), No. 1 Anadarko (4A) and No. 4 Carl Albert (5A).

Chickasha lost 46-29 on Friday night, and is now 4-5 this season.

The Chickasha High School basketball teams are next scheduled to host Piedmont at 6:30 p.m. (girls) and 8 p.m. (boys) Tuesday at the Chickasha High School Activity Center.
