Am-Po reaches consolation final in Ripley

RIPLEY, Okla. —

Amber-Pocasset will play in the consolation final of the Ripley Maverick Mart Invitational tournament on Saturday after an 11-1 win over Davenport yesterday.

The Panthers bounced back from an opening day loss to the hosts 5-1. Ripley is ranked ninth in Class A, with Am-Po (6-2) just ahead of them in eighth.

The Panthers play their consolation final at 1:30 p.m.
