Oliver named to FCA All-State team

— Chickasha High School wide receiver, powerlifter and sprinter Shaq Oliver was named to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes 2013 All-State team.

The all-state athletes and coaches will be honored at the 39th Annual FCA Honors banquet at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum on Tuesday, April 9.

Speaking at this year’s All-State banquet are 2 current NFL players: Gerald McCoy and Billy Bajema.

Gerald is from Southeast (OKC) High School and played college football at OU. He has played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for 3 seasons and was named to his first Pro Bowl this past season.

Billy Bajema is from Westmoore High School and played college football at OSU. He has been in the NFL for 8 seasons, playing this past season with the Baltimore Ravens and helping them win the Super Bowl.

These men are outstanding athletes who are committed to Christ and the ministry of FCA.
