Lady Chicks game moved to home after rain

Chickasha's opening softball game of the 2013 fast-pitch season has been moved to a home game after the Southeast High School field was deemed unfit to play on.

Standing water after recent rain has forced the game to be moved to Chickasha at 5:30 p.m. today. Lady Chicks head coach Dennis Furr said this morning that the game is still on, but there is a slight chance of showers for Chickasha this afternoon.

Amber-Pocasset softball is also scheduled to begin their season this afternoon against Dibble at 3:30 p.m.
