Shinn at 3 p.m.: OU tickets are hot commodities

The Norman Transcript

NORMAN — The demand for Oklahoma football tickets still outweighs the supply.

Stubhub.com, which is the official fan-to-fan marketplace for OU tickets, has tickets available for every game this season. Four of those games have starting ticket prices that are well over face value.

The cheapest ticket for the OU-Texas game is $290. Tickets for OU's Oct. 27 meeting with Notre Dame at Owen Field start at $234. It's a minimum of $140 for a ticket to the Nov. 24 Bedlam game at Owen Field.

Anyone thinking West Virginia isn't excited to host OU on Sept. 17 better think again. Tickets to that game start at $174.

Prices will continue to fluctuate throughout the season.

Unless you already have season tickets, seeing the Sooners' big games in person is going to cost big bucks.
