Bray, Pulliam named to top Fightin' Chicks posts

CHICKASHA — Chickasha named both a head football coach and boys basketball coach during the Board of Education’s regular meeting on Monday.

Defensive coordinator Jerry Don Bray will move up to the top job of the Fightin’ Chicks football program. Bray, who already organized the team’s winter workout program, takes over from Tom Cobble whose resignation was also approved by the Board on Monday.

Former Newcastle boys basketball coach Wes Pulliam will also join Chickasha in the fall.
