"We are keeping Mr. Glaze and his family in our thoughts and prayers," Hibbard said at the meeting.

A special Chickasha Board of Education meeting was held on Monday to announce that Pete Bush, Chickasha Board of Education Assistant Superintendent will be serving as Superintendent in the meantime.

The school board has been in constant contact with Glaze. He is currently hospitalized. It is unknown how long he will be unable to serve as superintendent.
