April elections feature bond issue, Tuttle council

GRADY COUNTY —

A $12 million bond for the repair and remodel of the Canadian Valley Technology Center campus, the Tuttle mayor and ward 3 councilmember will be decided today.

The candidates for mayor of Tuttle are Bobby Williams Jr. and Tommy Joe Chester and the candidates for ward 3 councilmember are Todd Littleton and Trey Thomas

Those in Canadian Valley Technology Center School District number 6, which includes most of Grady County, can vote on the bond issue.

CVTC school district 6 includes parts of Chickasha, Alex, Amber-Pocasset, Friend, Minco, Ninnekah, Pioneer, Rush Springs and Tuttle.

The $12 million will pay for building construction and remodeling, as well as furniture and equipment damaged in the May 31 tornado in El Reno.
