CHICKASHA —

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and Grady County Sheriff's Office are investigating a shooting that took place Sunday in Chickasha.

"At approximately 7 p.m. Sunday evening, the Grady County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call about a shooting that had just taken place inside a home at 2703 County Street 2831," an OSBI release stated. "Deputies and emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene within minutes of the call. Joseph Killman (29) was transported by ambulance to Grady Memorial Hospital. From there, he was flown to OU Medical Center. Killman lived at the residence."

The investigation is being led by OSBI.

"The sheriff’s office requested OSBI assistance with the shooting since another person was inside the home at the time," the release reads. "OSBI agents conducted interviews and worked the scene overnight. At this point, OSBI is investigating the shooting as suspicious until investigators can glean more information."
