Inmate killed in Grady jail altercation

CHICKASHA —

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating a death that took place around noon, Nov. 2 at the Grady County Jail. 

Alex resident Kyle Young (28) was killed after he and another inmate were involved in a physical altercation, according to an OSBI press release. 

"Young died during that brief altercation," the release states. "The medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine how Young died. No arrest has been made at this time."
