FNB to bake potatoes for Relay



CHICKASHA - The First National Bank and Trust Company Relay for Life Team will hold their final fundraiser this Friday, May 16, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. for the annual baked potato and gift basket silent auction in the main bank community room. The public is invited and donations are accepted.

In a response to the community-based American Cancer Society Relay for Life, employees of First National Bank, Chickasha locations, have committed to dedicate their time and efforts in support the research for the ratification of cancer. The bank has had a team for several years, and has financially supported other communities Relay for Life efforts as well. This year in Chickasha, the Relay for Life Walk at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma will be held overnight June 6.

"We have had fellow employees and family members who have benefited from the American Cancer Society Research. Employees and bank management have always supported the bank's team for Chickasha's Relay for Life." said Kendra Meador, the bank's team leader.

Chickasha has always been proactive in its support for many efforts for the good of the community. Businesses and individuals have given their time and energy for Relay for Life which is a celebration of cancer survivorship. It's a unique celebration of fun, fellowship, inspiratio and hope.
