The district attorney’s office had recommended a sentence of 15 years with a at least six served in prison.

Beavers had been charged with enabling child abuse a year ago after it was discovered that she had allowed Brandi Hugar to blow the smoke into the mouth boys mouth.

This act of child abuse was caught on a video camera by others present planned on putting the video on a “My Space” page. This crime was discovered when Beavers’ computer was repossessed by a rental company and was turned over to law enforcement.
