P.E.O. Chapter FV to meet March 30

Members of P.E.O. Chapter FV will meet Mon., March 30, 2009 in the Parlor of Epworth Church. Social time begins at 6:30 pm with the business meeting starting at 7 pm. Co-hostesses are Dianna Anderson and Sarah and Susan Gearhart. Committees for 2009-10 will be announced..



Enrollment set at Epworth School

The Kindergarten through Second Grade Round-up will be held Tuesday, March 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. This is for the enrollment for the 2009-2010 school year at Epworth Christian Elementary School, located at 4th and Iowa, Chickasha. Before and after school care is available. For more information call 224-5859.

Chickasha Bible study to meet

The Chickasha Bible study group will meet at the Chickasha Library at 7:30 p.m. every Monday. Everyone is welcome and refreshments will be served.



Resurrection House sets benefit

The Resurrection House in Chickasha will be presenting a benefit concert featuring the award-winning southern gospel group “Gold City” on Saturday, April 4 at 7 p.m. in the Chickasha High School Activity Center. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children. Call 243-7252 to order tickets. Barbecue dinners will be sold at 5:30 p.m. The Resurrection House is a homeless shelter which houses men, women and families, provides three meals a day and also provides all the necessities. The Verden Pentecostal Lighthouse Church will hold a revival Tuesday, March 31 and Friday, April 1 at 7 p.m. each evening. Pastor David Perrymore will speak



Holy Name hosts Lenten dinners

Holy Name Catholic Church, 214 S. 7th St., will hold a fish and shrimp dinner on Fridays during Lent from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. through April 3. Adults are $7, children are $3. To go orders are available.



CHS Yearbook

CHS 2009 Yearbook sales will end on April 3. Order forms may be acquired in the schools front office, printed off the school website, or from Ms. Perryman in room 29. Cost is $45.00.
